Return,Exchange and Refund Policies is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our return,exchange and refund policy.

What you can Return

We accept returns on items in new condition with the original packaging and materials, including gift boxes and/or certificates of authenticity.

Any item that has been in the customer’s possession for less than 14 days from the date the item was delivered.

What you cannot Return

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return.

These include:

    Items which are no longer in new condition.
    Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
    Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing or engraving.
    Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than 14 days from the date the item was delivered.

How to Return an Item

1), Contact the Customer Service Team to obtain return shipping instructions and return form.
2), Complete the Return Form in order to register your return.
3), Using the existing packing materials or your own, prepare your item(s) for return along with their original packaging, gift boxes, and/or certificates of authenticity.
4), Select a carrier and ship the package to our facility using the address provided by the Customer Service Team. Please be sure to use a carrier (like USPS,UPS,DHL or FedEx) that will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment.
5), All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6), You can expect a refund within 7 weekdays of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.


Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days using our free returns option for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.


We will process your return within 7 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.

We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
